According to me, happiness is all the little things we do for ourselves , all the small to small things that people do for you, infact passing genuine smiles and spreading positivity is happiness, helping someone is happiness, having someone who cares for you is happiness, good hugs are happiness.
No matter what problems you are facing in your life there is always a reason to smile (It can be your mom, your friend, or ANYONE and if still no one then god is always there for everyone).
Life is all about ups and downs. You need to embrace it in difficult times as well.
Life is not at all complicated it is us who make it complicated.
Our life is like this /\_/\/\/\_____/\__ but if it will be like this______________________ , it would be so boring. It will be like eating same boring food daily all day.
Happiness is the only makeup that completes your face.
Here are some effortless ways to make your life elated:
1.PRACTICE GRATITUDE MORE OFTEN:
Gratitude is the most effective and my favourite way of living a happy life. Just practice gratitude more in your daily life. This you’ll find in very few people who appreciate others. Rather you’ll find more who get jealous. Jealousy will always destroy you but practising gratitude will make you happy , will help you improve yourself , will bring positive vibes. When someone smiles because of you, you automatically feels better. Just try yourself out with this.
2.HEY…. !! STOP WORRYING:
“If you can SOLVE your problem then what is the NEED of worrying? If you cannot solve it then what is the USE of worrying?” this quote explains well that you should stop worrying about the things you can’t control. By worrying about these things will not help you solve it rather it will also take your happiness from you. If you can solve your problems then just do solve them, but if you can’t then just leave it to god and pray. You’ll feel calmness inside you believe me.
3.CUT THE NEGATIVITY OUT:
It is one of the main aspects of being unhappy. Just remove the toxic people from your life. If they let you down, make you feel guilty, make you feel inferior and negative in any way, YOU DON’T NEED THEM. If you can’t just cut them off from your life all of sudden then just interact less with them. It is better to be alone than having a negative company. These negative people can destroy your mental peace and if that peace of mind is finished then you won’t be able to make your decisions properly which will ultimately lead you to depressed life.
There are times when we don’t feel like talking to anyone and just feel like sitting quite. And times when we are too filled up with all the emotions and just need someone to listen to us. The more we hide our feelings the more we get upset. Even if you don’t want to speak to anyone, speak to yourself. Jot down all the emotions on a page and see how relaxed you feel within seconds. Else just express yourself to the person you trust the most , person who won’t judge you for your emotions and the way you feel things. And yes, i just want to say the way we want us to be heard, others want them to be heard too. Be kind and be a good listener as well. World needs more people like this.
The more you smile, the more you forget about worries. Smiling improves your mental health. But we don’t smile. Smile for yourself, smile you have life, smile you’re educated, smile you have eyes , smiling won’t only light you up but also others. It develops a feeling of joy and positivity around you. Smile to everyone , spread that happiness and you’ll get that happiness. As it is said “what goes around, comes back around”
Last but not the least. Be thankful to god for giving you a life, for giving you the strength to solve your problems, for standing by your side when no one else was, and pray that “o god provide me the strength and courage to fight all the obstacles by my way and guide me through righteous path just like you always did”. And see yourself how your life changes.
7.DO WHAT MAKES YOU LOSE TRACK OF TIME:
Find the passion in you. No one is dumb or zero, everyone is blessed with different skills and abilities to do different things. You just need to find what are the things which make you happy and in what all things you excel or have the capability to excel. It’s not important that you do everything for money and just rush in your life to earn money. NO. There can be things which you do just because they give you feeling of happiness. For eg. Whenever i’m sad or feeling down, I just go to some private place or stay in my room and just sing songs in peace. It gives me feeling of being relaxed and calmness.
At last i want to say that
If you had $86,400 and someone stole $10, would you throw $86,390 away for revenge? Or move on and live? Right, move on and live. See, you have 86,400 seconds each day. Don’t let someone’s negative 10 seconds ruin the remaining 86,390. Life is bigger than that. And so are you.
